Steady growth
Steelcraft, located in Miami, Oklahoma, has grown steadily since its beginning in 1972 and has
become a major manufacturer of custom high-quality leaf springs in the central United States. As
well as offering a variety of spring designs with a wide range of capacities, we maintain a sizeable
inventory of popular stock items which insures a quick response to market demands.
Direct sales to the boat trailer, recreational vehicle trailer, and agricultural markets account
for approximately two-thirds of Steelcraft’s sales. The remainder of sales are made to axle
manufacturers, construction/travel trailer manufacturers and parts distributors.
Our markets
We participate in four distinct markets: marine, agriculture/construction, RV/utility, and
industrial/commercial. Principal customers are manufacturers of trailers for boats, small utility
vehicles and golf carts, and makers of recreational vehicles and agricultural trailers. We market
our products through direct solicitation, trade show exhibitions, telephone and mail contacts,
distributors and manufacturing representatives.
